For the last 15 years, I have had a never-ending goal of telling powerful stories with data, and helping engaged leaders do the same.
I put impact first and I’m a big believer that helping leaders make smarter and more intentional data-driven decisions is how I can do my part to create healthier workplaces and healthier communities.
What I Bring to the Table

I am the Director of Insights at YMCA WorkWell and the YMCA of Three Rivers. I have delivered over 1500 reports to leadership teams to build healthier cultures at work and guided the data and insights strategy for the YMCA, its 1500 employees, and thousands of community members.

I received my Ph.D in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management from Wilfrid Laurier in 2015. My dissertation focused on fairness in the workplace, and the factors that make managers treat employees unfairly, even when they want to be fair.

I value intentionality and authenticity and I will never half-ass something that is important to me. I pride myself in my attention to detail, my big-picture approach to research and problem-solving, and my ability to energize a team - whether that is in the workplace, on the soccer pitch, or at home.

I take positivity very seriously. I am a firm believer in expressing gratitude often, Iooking for the silver lining in any situation, and listening first and speaking second. I have also made it my personal mission to never, ever miss giving a deserved high-five.
